CANCELLATION POLICY IS IN EFFECT AT TIME OF RESERVATION

You may cancel your reservation up to 4:00PM, 24 hours in advance of the first night stay without charges. After this time you will be billed for the room. Cancellations for a holiday weekend are 4:00PM, 72 hours in advance of the first night stay.
